Visitors on a snowy day

Visitors on a snowy day

A quiet post today is all I can muster after a very busy and unusual day yesterday. Let's just say we're having a bit of a problem at home involving smoke, loud beeping devices, carbon monoxide, fire trucks, boilers out of commission, cold weather, missed naps, late bedtimes, and generally just one really exhausted and slightly chilly family. (On a positive note, we've discovered our neighbors are just really awesome people and are very thankful they are close by.)

I hope to be back to regular posting tomorrow. Have a great Wednesday!

That's a wonderful photo- those birds are so cute. I hope you all warm up and have a better day today. Carbon monoxide sounds scary, glad you o.k.

I hope all is well Erin, sending you warm wishes for a better day today!

Sounds like a handful. Good luck on having your house all cozy and calm soon.

glad everything is okay... hope you warm up soon... I actually am crazy and used to love it when the furnace would go out or the power... I would cuddle up with a hot water bottle and blankets and we'd do origami... I don't know why, but still... :)

oh no! take it easy..

hang in there, sweet erin.

Yikes! Hope today is a better day for you and yours! Oh - just wanted you to know that my kids absolutely love their sleepy sacks :)!!

eek. hope things have settled down and you and yours are all safe, sound and warm.
