Everything Bag Tutorial
It's up! You'll see a link to it (click on the photo of the bag) on the left hand side of my blog! Phew...that took me a good afternoon to do. I found it a very interesting process to verbalize exactly how I put a bag together. Normally I don't think about it, I just do it.
So if my wording isn't clear, or you find a mistake, or you need help, just e-mail me. My new e-mail is erin@shopbluebirdbaby.com
Of course, if you do make the bag I would love to see the finished product. So e-mail me or leave me a comment with the link to your blog or photo!
I'm taking a bit of a breather the next couple of days. I've got more pattern work to do and fabric searching. Be well!

yay,I know what i'll be doing this weekend:0)
Thanks so much for taking the time to do that,
cheerio

I think you did an excellent job of explaining the process. It looks like a nice, sturdy, roomy bag. I think I'm going to have to go check out my fabric stash...

Thank you for this great tutorial! I know it must have taken lots of time for you to do this.
Is that liberty? What is the brown fabric. Your bag is lovely!

Oh yay! Can't wait to make this. I never make the time to make myself a new bag cause I'm always working for the shop, but this gives me an excuse!

Great job on the tutorial. I just found the link from the Sew, Mamma, Sew blog. I've never used that corner technique but I think I'll give it a try. Thanks!

Wonderful tutorial, thank you for taking the time and effort to put it on your blog. And I love the bag - I have some material I want to make into a big roomy bag, and this may well be the tutorial I use. Will let you know if I do!

I have been meaning to make myself a new bag and this tutorial looks perfect for what I need. Enough room for my little man's nappies etc and my stuff too! Although these days it is all about the baby stuff and not so much the lipstick and perfume. You have a beautiful house and property from what I have seen browsing your blog. Enjoy your little one!

Fantastic tutorial and a great bag. What is the brown fabric that you used?

Hey that's a terrific bag. I make some similar bags, but I LOVE the way you ran a stripe down the middle of the front. Also I hadn't seen a wide strap like that across the sides, I'm trying that next time! Thanks, and I found you from sew, mama, sew!
