Before the rain we spent a day on our friend's farm exploring the greenhouse, holding baby chicks, cuddling the lambs, and running around in the spring air. It's always so sweet to witness these girls playing together. The giggles, the helping hands, watching out for one another, giving each other a chance to try, discovering the delight of having a friend to share things with. It's all so wonderful. Makes me so grateful for all my sweet friends too.
Sasa and I are settling in for a mellow night. We're enjoying a glass of wine, Ray's latest album, a salad with sheep feta and side of kale soup, and I've got some work to do later. But for now, it's a sweet moment of rest.
