We took another walk in the woods today. The little one ran for a good two hours. I told her she probably ran over 3 miles today, through the woods and the fields. She was proud of herself and I was too.
We made two fairy houses, saw oyster shell middens that are over a thousand years old, played in the water, visisted the gnomes in the trees, and ran through the fields. Then we came back home to find yummy fiddleheads on our doorstep. Thank you friends!
I think this field series just about says it all!
