



we made a homemade berry galette over the weekend. three different kinds of local berries and a very tastey crust! and, of course, there was homemade whipped cream.
it's hard baking in this wee little kitchen of ours. it's something we have not done much of, and boy do i miss it. this galette was just the thing i needed to make as the days get shorter and the nights cooler.
