okay, so my only excuse for my absence is all the paperwork and jumping through hoops for the bank and calling town halls and getting zoning accurate and scrambling to come up with money for a down payment (wanna join my e-course?!) and inspections and the busiest month for weddings and redesigning everything for my next e-course and working three jobs now making it all possible. so that's my excuse.
