So, um yea...I suppose I forgot to mention earlier that the property i'm buying is a church. a unique church...a church that doesn't really look like a church on the inside. it's really amazing. i can't wait to show you! i'm closing on friday! then we will have a home. so incredibly happy about that...
Well, we finally got out apple picking this year. I wanted to do it as close to the end of the month as possible because I have no storage for bags of apples! But soon we will have a home, so I decided we could make do for now with 3 full bags of apples in the bedroom.
As I have the past four years, here's a picture of the first bite!
And then it was back to make pie! And there will be batches and batches of applesauce, I'm sure.
My other weekend favorite? Carving pumpkins! They came out so cute...
