Introduction
This simple, cheap skirt is made out of two flour sacks. Instead of an elastic waist (which I find usually looks ridiculous on my tiny frame), I just used gathers that were sewn into place. The end result is a lightweight skirt that has just the right amount of twirl. Layer it over jeans, leggings, or a longer skirt for a funky, versatile look!
Materials Needed:
-2 flour sacks measuring 20"x36" (available at grocery stores or hardware stores)
-matching thread
-mismatched buttons
